This is a street vendor just outside of Langdu Academy. They sell a rather tasty kind of snack--its made of waffle batter with whole peanuts inside and it's molded in the shape of a peanut. Its served warm and 50 of them are only $2. They also make a type with sweet bean paste but I'm not a fan of sweet bean paste--it has a really unusual, powdery texture.
